In the present scenario, most of the organizations outsource their hiring process, inorder to concentrate on their businesses. The Placement wing involves involves itself in the following stages of the recruitment process:

 * placement of suitable candidates

 The placement wing sources the candidates through job portals and Social web based on the instructions from the client and the Business Development team. The candidates are intended to be placed as permanent employees or on contract. Permanent employees are placed in the organization based on the interviews conducted by the client. Contract Staffing involves initial screening by the placement team, which is then followed by an interview by the clients, on succesful completion of which the candidates undergo a round of HR interview with iSol and get placed as permanent employees of iSol deputed to the client.
